1. Content Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content on our website, Astronic Media cannot guarantee its currentness, completeness, or accuracy.

Under section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemedia Act), as service providers, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws. However, according to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are not required to monitor external information that is transmitted or stored on our site. This includes links to third-party websites ("external links"), over which we have no control; the liability for the content of such third-party sites rests with the respective owner. Upon becoming aware of any legal infringement, we will promptly remove the offending content or link. We can only assume liability from the time we become aware of specific infringements.

2. Copyright Notice

All content, musical works, and sound recordings on this website are subject to the copyright laws of The Netherlands. Reproduction, processing, distribution, or any use beyond what is permitted by copyright law requires prior written consent from us. The rights to the musical works and recordings are owned by the respective authors/musicians as well as Astronic Media and FutureWorld Consulting & Publishing. All rights not explicitly granted in this agreement are reserved by the respective rights owners. You cannot claim any rights to revenue from collecting societies, social media platforms, content-sharing platforms, or any other third parties regarding photocopying, digital copying, sharing, distribution, or other secondary uses of the licensed content.

3. Licensing Requests

The presence of musical works (compositions) and audio recordings (collectively referred to as "music") on our website does not imply any license to use this music, the compositions, trademarks, or other materials.

You may use our music for private testing or sampling purposes only, for up to 30 days after downloading. Without negotiating and paying for a license, the music content cannot be used in any final materials, whether for private or commercial purposes, or in any publicly available materials.

To obtain a license, please contact us at hi@astronic.media via email, or use our licensing request form. The license fee will be based on the details you provide. Only a signed license agreement will permit you to use our music in your project.

Please include the following details in your request:

- The track title you are interested in.

- The type of project you want to use the music for (e.g., film, commercial, documentary, etc.).

- The duration for which you want to use the music (e.g., 1 year).

- The platforms where your project will be shown and where our music will be heard (e.g., online, cinema, TV, POS, etc.).

- Any other relevant campaign details and/or budget information.

- Your contact information.

Our music cannot be used for illegal purposes (e.g., pornographic, defamatory, or other unlawful uses), cannot be sold as an audio or standalone file, and cannot be used without proper credit to the composer, artist, publisher, and label. The music may only be altered for technical reasons.

4. Disclaimer Of Warranties

Astronic Media assumes no liability for the music provided for download. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, harm, or damage resulting from the use of any content, recordings, or compositions, including but not limited to warranties regarding the quality of the recordings, results from use, accuracy, reliability, or content of any data, information, service, or goods referenced in the recordings. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage caused by downloading the recordings. Astronic Media is not obligated to conclude a license with anyone and is not liable for any reimbursement of frustrated or wasted expenditure.

5. General Terms

Astronic Media reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Legal Terms at any time, without notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use or any terms posted on this website take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use this website after changes are posted, you indicate your acceptance of those changes. Astronic Media may alter, discontinue, remove, or suspend any content on this website, including features and specifications of products depicted on the website, at any time without notice and without liability.

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN purchasing law. Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising in connection with the use of our music. However, Astronic Media reserves the right to commence and pursue disputes in any jurisdiction where a breach has occurred.
